Exciting Times for the Bar Industry
Co-located show Restaurant, Pub & Bar Asia (RPB Asia) 2019 will play host to two of the region’s most prestigious bartending competitions – the 31st National Cocktail Competition by the Association of Bartenders & Sommeliers Singapore (ABSS) and the second edition of the Bartender Invitational by The Bar Awards – underscoring RPB Asia’s position as Southeast Asia’s only trade show dedicated to the restaurant, pub and bar community.
The top contestants in these competitions will band together to tackle the challenge of creating a new signature cocktail for Singapore, demonstrating RPB Asia’s elevated focus on growing local and regional talent, incorporating greater input from industry leaders as well as consumers and highlighting the best of the fast-evolving industry.
Organised in association with FoodBev Media, the 2nd annual Asia Food Innovation Awards are designed to recognise and reward excellence in food industry innovation, from manufacturing to ingredients, packaging and finished products.
Winners of the Asia Food Innovation Awards will be announced at RPB Asia and Speciality & Fine Food Asia show on 18 July 2019.
