Widely recognised as 1 of the vanguard of high profile new generation of British chefs making waves today, Isaac is the chef-owner of award-winning restaurant The Clove Club, London. Winner of 1 Michelin star in 2017, The Clove Club was also ranked no. 33 on the World’s 50 Best Restaurants this year, the highest-ranked UK restaurant on the list.
