The Food and Beverage Management Association (FBMA) was founded and registered in Singapore in 1989. Starting out as an avenue for food and beverage professionals to gather, the association has developed into a hub for its members to network, exchange business ideas and practices and support the ever growing food and beverage industry.

The objectives of Hospitality Purchasing Association (HPA) are to foster and promote the professionalism, development and application of hospitality purchasing in all aspects including sourcing, buying, store management, inventory control, facilities management through the organization of appropriate activities and services amongst its members.


Hong Kong FoodProfessionals Association (HKFPA), founded in 2011, was established by a team of food professionals with enthusiasm. Our mission is to strengthen the professional knowledge on food quality and safety among local food industries and food-related business. Our ultimate goal is to maintain Hong Kong’s international high reputation on food safety. In the past five years, we have organized few seminars and training courses for local food industries. We also linked up with food industries in Taiwan and Mainland China via industrial visit tours.

HKFPA brings together industry, academics, practitioners and government to share food knowledge, minimize food waste, promote healthy eating, influence the development of food safety, strengthen food testing and certification management, educate public on food hygiene, help to shape government food policy and to inform the public on latest food policy implementation.


Jakarta Hotels Association, consists of the finest 3, 4 & 5 star Hotels in Jakarta, Indonesia. JHA or known as JIHA previously was notarized and formally established in the first quarter of 2000 replacing the previous informal General Managers’ organization or known as Casa Grande. With 47 active members, JHA works along similar lines as other International Hotel Associations where members proactively address common issues and opportunities that impact to the hotel industry in Jakarta.

JHA built communication and maintain relationship with both Tourism and Government Agencies and ensure that important issues are well distribute to all members in an accurate and timely manner.


Malaysian Association of Hotels (MAH) was established in 1974. Since its inception, MAH has constantly enhanced the hotel and tourism industry by integrating member hotels throughout Malaysia. To date, MAH has over 900 members under 13 chapters and partnerships with both the private sectors and Government agencies such as the Ministry of Tourism. Being officially recognised as a National Hotel Association, MAH is committed to the exacting standards of service quality acknowledged by Malaysia and beyond.

Restaurant Association of Singapore

The Philippine Coffee Board Inc. (PCBI) is a private sector-led non-profit organization established in May 2002. The goal of the PCBI is to develop and promote the Philippine coffee industry through technical assistance for coffee farmers and processors; and through marketing and promotions of coffee for domestic and export markets. It conducts several events a year, including coffee farming courses, coffee shop seminars, trade shows, and farm tours. The PCBI is composed of members from the growers, millers, roasters, retailers, local governments, and agriculture credit sectors.

Restaurant Association of Singapore

The Philippine Bartenders League is a national organization of bar service practitioners from different hotels, restaurants, and bars establishments throughout the Philippines, whose concerns focus on trade developments & upliftment of the bar service trade.


The Singaporean-German Chamber of Industry and Commerce (SGC) is part of a network of 140 offices of the German bilateral Chambers of Industry and Commerce abroad in 92 countries. The Chamber is one of the largest national Business Chambers in Singapore with a membership of close to 550 representatives from a variety of industries from Germany and Singapore.
