Fine Food Live

More than an exhibition, Speciality & Fine Food Asia will inspire you with new ideas & demonstrations.

Fine Food Live is a demo theatre which delivers ideas, practical menu & cooking tips to help deliver you more customers & increase profits. For the inaugural edition, it was headlined by Chef Ray Adriansyah from award-winning Locavore, Bali and hosted by Jeremy Nguee of Preparazzi. Bringing together some of the best  & inspiring chefs in the region, these industry experts will give advice on menu development, key trends & profit maximisation.

These sessions are the perfect way to keep on pace with the latest flavour trends, menu design styles and tackle topical issues such as sustainability & provenance from the best in the business. Each day in the Fine Food Live theatre, top chefs demonstrate their cooking skills to inspire & inform attendees. From discovering quality and passion in local produce to a modern look at food and flavours, Fine Food Live has something for everyone in the industry.

Fine Food Live was hosted by Jeremy Nguee, chef‐owner of award-winning gourmet caterer, Preparazzi, the creator of Bazuka Yakibuta, Rakusaba Laksa Bar & Batu Lesung Spice Company.

A culinary artist and food innovator, Jeremy Nguee is one of Singapore's rising culinary stars & an evangelist of modern Singaporean cuisine. He’s a familiar face with the media and is regularly featured in local and international media including CNN International, trend spotting magazine Monocle, Singapore’s The Sunday Times, The Business Times, magazine publications as well as local television programs.

Jeremy is also often invited to food events & panel talks as a public figure, and is known for his out-spoken personality. He is able to entertain his guests with not just his inventive dish ideas, but also his ability to engage an audience with avant-garde and engaging approaches to dining.
